SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Veluneye. This policy explains how and when we ship your order.

1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom [add other countries if you ship to them].

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight after your purchase.

3. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery after dispatch: [7–14] business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during busy periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas), due to carrier delays or customs checks.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

5. TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. You can also track your order any time on our Track Your Order page.

6. ADDRESS ERRORS
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can change an address only if your order has not been dispatched yet, so contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

8. DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
- If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived after [20] business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- If your parcel is lost, or arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
